Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor
Founder of the Prasad Counseling and Training practice, Bill Prasad wears many hats to provide various counseling and support to individuals and companies.
Bill, an Asian Indian who spent the beginning of his career in broadcasting, works with adults as well as groups in providing evidence-based mental health support. You can choose in-person counseling at our Houston office or virtual sessions that are available for people across Texas.

LPC-Associate
Dr. Mosadi Porter is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate providing services at Prasad Counseling & Training.
Dr. Porter sees a variety of groups and individuals including couples, teens, adults, and families and people in seek of career counseling. She is available to treat new patients either online or in person.

ABOUT METhomas Fryar
LPC-Associate
Thomas is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate who sees adults, teenagers, and families. He has a strong understanding of alcohol and drug disorders and the use of Gestalt Therapy, especially in the treatment of trauma. He emphasizes in-person visits while seeing some individuals virtually.

ABOUT MEKatelyn Dade
LPC-Associate
Katelyn is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate providing services at Prasad Counseling and Training. Katelyn sees children, adolescents and adults. She specializes in counselling children who might have challenges at home, in social settings or in school. In addition, she uses her Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) skills to help children and adults who might face developmental challenges or autism. She is available to see patients in-person or online.

ABOUT ME Carroll Prasad
Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor
Carroll offers group counseling and supervision to Licensed Professional Counselor Associates (LPC-A). She brings more than 20 years of experience as a school counselor and private practice trauma clinician using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Paired with Bill in some group psychotherapy offerings, the two produce an unrivaled group experience delivered by two clinicians who come from varied viewpoints and experiences, sparking maximum growth, healing, and education for patients.
ABOUT MEWade Maggert
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor
Wade is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S) providing his expertise to Prasad Counseling and Training. Drawing from more than a decade of experience in trauma and addictions, Wade offers a wealth of expertise to an LMSW’s journey toward an independent license. In addition, Wade is paneled with insurance, allowing anyone he supervises to jump-start their practice and build a caseload faster by accepting insurance.
Wade’s specialties include:

- Certified in MI/MET for addictions and ACT for mood disorders
